Hi my name is Bob,

I have literally tried dozens of fitness programs out and weight loss products out there. I am writing this to share my success story and how I managed to move from being overweight to being in top shape. I'm just a guy who accidentally found a system that works better than those famous diets most people are trying right now. Hopefully, this can inspire you to try this particular method and lose fat.

I also hope that my story can motivate you to live a healthy life and feel good about yourself. I’ve really struggled with my weight, and I know the awful feeling of being fat. But less than twelve weeks ago, I have found a system that encourages living healthy lifestyle through proper approach to diet and exercise. Since then my life’s completely changed. Recently, I’ve been the happiest and healthiest I’ve ever been!

Long Story Short: I followed a fitness program that I saw online. Burn The Fat, Feed The Muscle, helped me lose 49 pounds in under 12 weeks.





How did I end up gaining weight in first place?

I used to be rather average, weighing about 168 pounds. After getting married I stopped caring as much. My life was busy, I was working a job, had a wonderful wife, and was trying to make a family. A little at a time, but it seemed to add up very fast. I never dropped the extra weight I had gained. Within 3 years I had gained over 70 pounds. I was shocked.

At my heaviest, I weighed 246lbs, so I decided to start dieting. I tried all the “brand-name” diets like Atkins, South Beach, cabbage (my least favorite) soup, lemon juice. I even tried weight management plans like Weight Watches - the food was horrible! I eventually gave up. Then I saw something on Google that changed my life.



The program that turned my life around

I got on Google and I typed in "Diet". Of course thousands of things start appearing. A lot of them I'd heard of and probably even had tried a couple before. I think all diets will work, but how long can you live like that? Then I noticed that Burn the Fat popped up, by body builder Tom Venuto. I thought to myself, "Who better than a body builder to learn how to get the kind of body that I wanted?" So I ordered it right then and there.



My Results

On the first few weeks I lost around 26 lbs! I continued with the Burn The Fat, Feed The Muscle program and lost another 23lbs. (That’s a total of 49lbs in 3 months!) Kept up with the program after a few more weeks until I’m back to 172 which is the best I’ve been in long time!

I feel healthier and more refreshed than ever. I DON'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT HOW MUCH FOOD I EAT. My body fat was pushing 30% and now it's 8% to 9%. My waist was 40 inches and now it's 31. My cholesterol today is around 143. My blood pressure was 145/90, which is mild hypertension, and is now 118/60. My pulse was 81 and my resting heart rate today is around 48. I haven't had any illnesses in the last three years and I feel great."

I hope my story provides at least some motivation to help you lose weight. Just don’t give up, because loosing weight really will change your life in ways you never imagined. You’ll feel things you haven’t felt before. Most importantly, you’ll finally be happy with yourself for tackling your weight once and for all.
